Hello!
We made it! It is finally the winter break. I am tired… Report cards went home on Wednesday, make sure to bring those folders back when you can.
In math this week we set up our Prodigy accounts and played the game. It is connected to their Google Learns accounts, if you need help logging in at home, send me an email.
In social studies we finished off types of government with review and quiz. Most seem to understand the different types.
In science we made ice cream! It was cold and messy, but pretty delicious.
We created 3D snowflakes and French colour by number art pieces for our windows. Ms. Trish also taught the class how to make mini winter hat crafts.
On Thursday we did the White Elephant gift exchange, for those who brought gifts. It looked like a lot of cool gifts were given.
Friday we had our pancake breakfast in the morning; oh it was a busy time. Then we played holiday music bingo, with candy cane prizes. Finally we watched a movie with snacks and hot chocolate. It was a busy day, time for a nap.
